Quote requests: name, phone, email, postal code, the machine you are interested in, quantity, purchase timeline, whether you need financing and your message.
Dealer applications: name, company, role, phone, email, province, city, business type, brands carried, years in business, an annual sales range and your message.
Financing inquiries: name, company, phone, email, whether you are a dealer or a buyer, and the machine you are interested in.
Contact requests: name, email, phone, subject and message.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, we also record the page you sent it from and any campaign details in the link you followed (such as UTM source, medium and campaign). This tells us which pages and campaigns are working.
Like most websites, our servers and service providers may log technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use your information
To answer your request, prepare a quote or follow up on a dealer application or financing inquiry.
To route a retail quote request to the Zoomlion dealer covering your area, where there is one.
To send the newsletter or updates you asked for.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Our CRM and service providers
Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, currently Go High Level, so our team can respond and keep track of the conversation. Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
Email and marketing
We only send marketing email, such as the dealer bulletin, to people who have asked for it or where we are otherwise permitted to. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also contact us to opt out.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
