What a Zoomlion dealer does
G&J Canada is the Canadian distributor for Zoomlion Earthmoving. We bring the machines into Canada, hold stock at our warehouse in Mississauga and support a national network of dealers. A Zoomlion dealer is the business that sells and services the line in its own market.
Today that means Zoomlion compact excavators from the 1,800 kg ZE18GU to the 7,500 kg ZE75G, plus wheel and track skid steer loaders. Most of the range runs Kubota engines, and the ZE75G runs a Yanmar.
Who can apply
The program is built for businesses that already know equipment. The applications we are looking for usually come from:
Existing equipment dealers adding a compact line
Rental houses that want units they can rent, sell and service
Agricultural dealers whose customers already use compact machines
Service shops that want machines to sell alongside the service work
Entrepreneurs with a background in equipment sales, rental or service
What G&J looks at
There is no single checklist that fits every market, so requirements are worked out with each applicant rather than published as a list. What we look at is whether the line fits your business: where you sell and service today, what you already carry, the customers you serve and how you would support the machines you sell.
Being able to support what you sell matters to your customers and to us. If you do not run a service shop today, say so in the application and we will talk through what coverage could look like in your area.
How territories work
Zoomlion dealer territories in Canada are being assigned now, one market at a time. Your territory is worked out during the application, based on where you already sell and service.
Availability changes as the network fills in, so we do not publish a list of open areas. The first step is a conversation about your location and what coverage already exists nearby. Protected territory terms are part of the dealer agreement.
Stock and financing
Opening stock is part of the dealer terms we set with each dealer, based on your market and the models you plan to carry. G&J holds units in Canada, so dealers are not waiting on a container to fill an order.
Floor plan and inventory financing options are available through lending partners, so carrying stock does not have to tie up all of your working capital. Terms and approval depend on the lender and your file. See equipment financing for how it works on both the dealer and buyer side.
The process: four steps
Every dealer goes through the same four steps. Timing depends on your market and how quickly terms come together.
1. Apply
Fill in the dealer application. Tell us where you are, what you sell and how you run your business.
2. Discovery call
We call to learn about your business, your market and the customers you already serve.
3. Territory and terms
We work through territory, dealer pricing, opening stock and financing options for your market.
4. Onboarding and first stock
Training, marketing assets, your Find a Dealer listing and your first units, with one contact at G&J who knows your account.
What you get once you are signed
The full program is laid out on the dealer support page. In short:
Product and service training on the models you carry
Machine photography, spec sheets and co-branded campaign assets
Parts and warranty support through G&J in Canada
One account contact at G&J
Retail lead referrals from your territory and a listing on the Find a Dealer page
How to prepare your application
The application takes a few minutes. Having these ready makes the first call more useful:
Your company name, your role and your contact details
The province and city you operate from
Your business type and how long you have been in business
The equipment brands you carry today
A rough range for your annual equipment sales
A note on your market and what you would want to stock
Next step
If Zoomlion looks like a fit, apply to become a dealer. If you want to look at the machines first, start with the ZE55GU, the flagship of the compact excavator range, or browse the full Zoomlion lineup.
